Policy envelope

These bounds gate every action. Propeller acts inside them automatically; anything outside is held for your approval, never sent. Widen the envelope as trust grows.

Tone & voice

Friendly Neutral Firm allowed

v1 envelope: firm-but-friendly — the agent may be firm but stays courteous and professional. Sets the firmest register it may adopt.

Cadence

Touch schedule (days overdue) A touch is drafted when an invoice hits each day-overdue mark.

Minimum spacing between touches days · max 1 touch after the last scheduled touch (day 30) with no reply, the account escalates (silence)

Always escalate when…

The debtor disputes the debt.

Legal action or counsel is mentioned.

The debtor claims financial hardship.

A discount above 15% is requested. Mirrors the discount floor — below-floor asks never auto-concede.

Silent past day 30. No reply after the last scheduled touch — hand to a human, don't close silently.

Balance exceeds $40,000. Large balances route to a human at ingest (e.g. Wayne, $44k).
